Come on Healy...

Another weekend of football begins this evening as Leeds United entertain Preston. It’ll be interesting to see exactly what Northern Ireland’s most prolific striker (or Dennis Wise’s least creative winger) David Healy will do. 5 goals he’s scored for a crap international side this week alone, this could be the man who keeps Leeds up. Unfortunately he doesn’t quite seem to do it for the mighty whites. It’s the football equivalent of your pet dog being as good as gold all week and then pissing all over your mum’s shoes when she comes to visit. COME ON HEALY, GET THEM GOALS!!!

Got the boys coming round for a suit fitting tomorrow. The best man and two ushers will be measured and then it’s off to the pub to sample the delightful real ale pubs that have been popping up around Sheffield. I’ve done my homework, Jim wanted a pub that sold Hoegaarden and the Frog and Parrot (above) will duly oblige. Jen’s having a hair trial in Bakewell, recommended by Becky, so she’ll be joining us later. I’ve been a quiet on the blog fron lately but I’ll try and get back to writing ways, but only of Healy does it for Leeds so if you don’t hear from me next week, you know who to blame…
